Portable Pegboard Display Case Cut a 4ft X 8 ft sheet of pegboard down into two 24in X 30in pieces and two 24in X 18in peices Build frames for these out of 1X3 pine. Attatch the pegboard to the back of the frame, smooth side down-this will be the side your display is on. Place two identicle boxes together and put a hinge on one side, decide which direction your boxes will go. These large ones are 30 accross and 24 tall, small ones are 24 accross and 18 tall. Add a lock to the opposite side so it stays shut during transportation. Add eye bolts to the top to use for luggage straps for easier carry. Remove the straps when you set up your display. Paint the frame and pegboard black, leaving all hardware exposed.
